Shape the development of LeitWerk Suisse with us and take responsibility for demanding structural engineering projects in Switzerland.

As part of the LeitWerk Gruppe, we design and manage demanding construction projects. In doing so, we combine the proximity, decisiveness, and market knowledge of a Swiss company with the experience and professional network of an established corporate group.

Our focus is on construction and project management. We manage projects holistically, from project preparation as well as tendering and awarding, through to project and construction management, cost, schedule, and quality control, up to handover.
For the further expansion of our location in Zürich, we are looking for a personality who takes responsibility, grows further with us, and actively helps shape the development of LeitWerk Suisse.

Your tasks

• Independent project and construction management of demanding structural engineering projects, especially in the execution phase
• Representation of the client's interests towards planners, companies, and other project participants
• Control and monitoring of costs, schedules, and quality
• Coordination of contractors, specialist planners, and internal project participants
• Preparation, management, and recording of minutes for construction and project meetings
• Checking execution for compliance with plans, contracts, standards, and quality specifications
• Participation in tendering, awarding, invoice auditing, as well as supplementary and change management
• Accompanying acceptances, defect management, commissioning, and project handovers
• Ensuring clear documentation and reliable communication with the client

What you bring with you

• Education: Degree in civil engineering or architecture, training as a dipl. Bauleiter:in, technician, or a comparable qualification
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in construction management or construction management of structural engineering projects in Switzerland
• Swiss construction practice: Good knowledge of relevant Swiss standards, especially SIA, as well as local processes and project culture
• Project management: Confidence in dealing with costs, schedules, quality, tendering, awarding, and supplementary management
• Personality: Committed appearance, assertiveness, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of cooperation
• Way of working: Independent, proactive, structured, and solution-oriented
• Language: Very good German skills in spoken and written; other national languages are welcome
