Specialist for Further and Continuing Education For the Sanität / Bildung Sanität department, we are looking for a Specialist for Further and Continuing Education by agreement. Specialist for Further and Continuing Education Schutz & Rettung vereinigt, as a service department of the Sicherheitsdepartement, combines the professional and militia fire departments, the Sanität, and the Einsatzleitzentrale (ELZ) for the emergency numbers 144 and 118. In addition, Civil Protection, fire police, and a training center with an attached Higher Vocational School for Rescue Professions belong to the largest rescue organization in Switzerland. Intervention and prevention units protect and rescue people, animals, material assets, and the environment around the clock in the city of Zürich, at Zürich Airport, and in the agglomeration. Tasks You are responsible for ensuring the further and continuing education for the employees in the Rettungsdienst as well as Verlegungsdienst and the pre-clinical specialists You create training documents and undertake the conception, organization, and active implementation of service group and departmental continuing education in close cooperation with partners You organize, plan, and create E-Learnings for the Sanität area in cooperation with the E-Learning team You undertake the professional leadership of the instructor pool as well as the planning and implementation of the continuing education of the relevant employees You are responsible for the management of the Digitale Lernwelt (DLW) Profile Dipl.
