For a residential unit in the area of independent living, we are looking for a new

Team Lead ##

starting from 1.12.2026 or by arrangement.

The SEWO area consists of the offerings of Living in the settlement and Living in the neighborhood. This team is composed of two different support forms: inpatient support settings for very independent people with support needs due to learning disabilities or mental health impairments and outpatient support within the framework of SEBE

Your tasks primarily consist of:

Leadership tasks approx. 50% ###

• Professional and personnel leadership of a team
• Leadership, support, and development of employees
• Ensuring professional, target-group-oriented support for clients
• Shaping an open culture of communication, feedback, and reflection within the team
• Organization of everyday team life, work planning, and implementation of binding standards
• Cooperation with relatives, legal representatives, specialist agencies, and internal interfaces

Support tasks approx. 30% ###

• Needs-oriented and individual support in the areas of living, household, leisure, health, daily structure, and social networks
• Strengthening participation, autonomy, experience of meaning, and competence - and thus quality of life
• Cooperation with relatives, legal representatives, and other specialists
• Co-shaping reliable framework conditions for stability, orientation, and as much self-determined living as possible
• On-call service, 2-3 nights per month with sleeping on site, as a contact person in emergency situations
