Job description:

• End-to-end conception of digital onboarding and product opening processes for corporate clients
• Analysis of existing processes as well as identification of pain points, efficiency potentials, and optimization opportunities along the customer journey
• Modeling and documentation of future target processes, including by means of BPMN
• Development and evaluation of different process variants and decision logics
• Recording, structuring, and specification of functional requirements in the areas of processes, business rules, and data
• Conception of corporate client-specific requirements for different legal forms and corporate structures
• Definition of the integration of central process components such as identification, KYC/AML, risk assessment, digital signature, and document management
• Functional design of requirements regarding beneficial owners, bodies, signing authorities, and powers of attorney
• Close cooperation with UX/UI, software development, IT architecture, compliance, and various specialist departments
• Support with prioritizations, variant comparisons, as well as business, risk, and effort estimations
• Participation in the development of reusable and modular process components for further digital banking journeys

About the customer:

For a strategically important and long-term oriented digitalization initiative in Swiss banking, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Business Engineer Digital Banking (m/f/d) with a focus on digital corporate client onboarding, product opening, and KYC/AML processes.

A significant focus lies on the end-to-end conception of new digital journeys for corporate clients.

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Business Engineer, or Requirements Engineer in banking, ideally at least 5–7 years
• Very good experience in the field of Digital Banking, Client Onboarding, or Account Opening
• Verifiable project experience with digital onboarding and product opening processes, ideally in the corporate client business
• Sound knowledge of KYC, AML, and regulatory customer processes for corporate clients
• Good knowledge of corporate client structures, especially legal entities, bodies, beneficial owners, powers of attorney, and authorization models
• Very good knowledge of Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering
• Experience in modeling complex end-to-end processes, for example with BPMN
• Ability to prepare complex functional requirements in a structured manner and formulate them understandably for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams from Business, IT, UX, and Compliance
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form

You will work in a strategic, multi-year digitalization initiative within an established Swiss financial institution. Together with an interdisciplinary team of Business Engineers, UX/UI specialists, IT architects, and several development teams, you will shape a new scalable platform for future digital banking processes.
