WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a Production Support Clerk (m/f/d), you are responsible for ensuring the ongoing operational support of production orders in the area of assemblies and final assembly.

Specifically, you will undertake the following tasks:

• Recording, tracking and correction of order data as well as timely incorporation of changes from ongoing production
• Processing of rework orders and Q cases until completion
• Recording and maintenance of confirmations of change (BZÜ)
• Prioritization of pending cases with team leaders, foremen, production controllers and AVOR
• Search for affected orders in ongoing production in the event of change requests
• Maintaining a transparent case overview as a basis for reporting
• Participation in the development of a structured standard process for BZÜ, rework and change requests
• Deputizing within the Production Support team if required

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Completed vocational training in the mechanical field, ideally with further training as a Process Specialist (m/f/d) or comparable
• Several years of experience in production as well as work preparation is an advantage
• Experience in the field of manufacturing technology and in reading technical drawings
• Understanding of processes and electronic knowledge is an advantage
• Proficient use of common IT systems (Microsoft Office, SAP) as well as good knowledge in dealing with ERP systems
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
