Your task ##

• You take over the independent support and coordination of demanding projects in the field of building services.
• You are responsible for the spatial technical coordination of various technical trades and coordinate the relevant interfaces within the project team.
• You assume technical responsibility in technical coordination and participate in the further development and implementation of modern BIM and planning methods.
• Depending on experience and interest, you additionally take on the management of medium-sized projects with demanding technical and organizational requirements.
• You lead, support, and develop project employees and promote constructive cooperation within the team.
• You can individually help shape the focus of your activity between technical coordination and project management.
• You contribute your expertise to the further development of projects, processes, and employees.
• You work closely with various specialist departments and project participants and ensure efficient coordination.

Your profile ##

• You have completed basic training in an area of HLKSE or building services.
• Ideally, you have completed further training at HF, FH level or a comparable professional certificate.
• You bring practical experience in spatial technical coordination and in the planning of building services projects.
• Knowledge of BIM and digital planning methods is an advantage.
• Experience with Revit in the field of building services is a plus.
• You are interested in holistic and integrated building services concepts.
• Digitization, modern planning methods, and the continuous development of your field of expertise inspire you.
• You enjoy working independently and take responsibility for your tasks and projects.
• You communicate confidently with different project participants and maintain an overview even with complex tasks.
• You are open to change and feel comfortable in a dynamic work environment.
• You like to contribute your knowledge and support others in their professional development.
