Technical Property Manager

You will look after a complex property on-site and be the contact person for our customers. Your area of responsibility includes the following activities:

• Contact person for our customer for the maintenance of all building technical systems (HVACSE)
• Coordination of various service provisions
• Advising the ownership in all technical trades - also regarding complex issues
• Monitoring maintenance planning including the required proofs
• Organizing and implementing projects in the field of building technology
• Monitoring service and maintenance work on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems
• Optimization of building operating costs with innovative ideas
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Repair work on building technical systems and facilities
• On-call service

You describe yourself as a service provider from the bottom of your heart. Positive feedback regarding your performance motivates you and spurs you on to further top performance. In addition, you bring the following requirements:

• Technical basic training in HVACSE
• Ideally further training as a maintenance specialist
• Several years of experience in technical building maintenance is an advantage
• Organizational and communication talent
• Good IT user skills
• Very good German skills
• Driving license Cat. B mandatory
