In this versatile role, you will act as a central interface and provide support for business, creative, and private projects. You will maintain an overview, think ahead, and ensure that topics are driven forward efficiently. Your tasks Coordination of appointments, calendars, and travel Communication and coordination with external partners (e.g., administrations, consultants, service providers, and creative partners) Organization and follow-up of ongoing projects Preparation and structuring of documents Support with administrative and private organizational matters Research and coordination of new ventures Your profile Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or in a comparable position of trust Strong organizational talent and enjoyment in making things possible Very independent, discreet, and reliable way of working Stylish communication in German and good English skills Entrepreneurial thinking, loyalty, and a good sense of priorities Experience from a Family Office, a law firm, consulting, Private Banking, hospitality, or the cultural environment is an advantage.
