Your tasks

• Strategic and operational responsibility for the entire personnel management (organizational and personnel development, HR management/compensation, HR processes/digitization, personnel administration/payroll, HR governance, etc.)
• Development and implementation of HR strategies and processes
• Advising and supporting managers in all personnel-relevant topics
• Recruitment and selection of specialists and managers
• Promotion of employee development and retention
• Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and internal guidelines
• Optimization and digitization of HR processes

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration, psychology or a comparable qualification with a focus on personnel management
• Several years of experience in a leading HR function, ideally in a national or international environment (experience in HR administration and payroll is a must!)
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security law, development of HR processes, HR projects
• Advantageous if coming from a retail environment (experience with HR system implementation or in digitization)
• Able to prepare decision-making bases clearly, structurally and in a target-group-oriented manner
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• High social competence and empathy
• Experience in the development and implementation of HR strategies
• Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
• You are proficient in the MS Office suite, including good ABACUS knowledge
