MARU is a Japanese Comfort Food Takeaway Restaurant at Zürich HB. Here we cook and serve delicious Japanese dishes that are still rather unknown in Switzerland – e.g., Donburi, Karaage, Udon or traditional Matcha. In recent years, we have developed into an indispensable part of Zürich Hauptbahnhof and have a loyal customer base.

Your tasks
--------------

• Mise en Place work for Japanese specialties according to our recipes
• Monitoring the quality of our products
• Assembly of dishes for our Grab&Go display case and for Home Delivery orders
• Various cleaning tasks according to the HACCP concept

What you bring
-----------------

• At least 1 year of professional experience in the kitchen
• German language skills B2 or higher, as well as other languages are an advantage
• Experience in customer service and sales is an advantage
• Flexibility regarding our working hours (including working on weekends)
• Passion for Japanese food culture
