To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced individual as a Database Engineer (m/f).

Job Description

• University degree (HF, FH or higher) in computer science, systems engineering, or comparable further training
• Several years of experience in the setup, operation, and further development of high-availability Microsoft SQL Server environments
• Very good knowledge of AlwaysOn configurations, performance tuning, security, upgrades, and disaster recovery
• Experience in scripting with T-SQL and PowerShell
• Knowledge of MySQL, MariaDB, or Oracle is an advantage
• Practical experience with Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Managed Instance
• Interest in modern integration platforms and data streaming technologies
• Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
