The Resources department (personnel service, finance, IT and central services) of the global ecclesiastical services creates the human and economic base for the work of the cantonal Church.

Your tasks ##

• In collaboration with two colleagues, you are responsible for the complete administration of personnel and salaries - from entry to exit - for pastors in the canton of Zürich. You are the competent and reliable interlocutor for employees as well as for parishes regarding all questions relating to labor law and insurance.

Your profile ##

• You have adequate training as well as several years of professional experience in the field of human resources and solid knowledge of public law personnel law, ideally in the canton of Zürich; knowledge of ABACUS software is an advantage.
• A pronounced sense of service as well as mastery of modern IT solutions are a matter of course for you.
• In contact with different people, you communicate with empathy, openness, kindness and professionalism.
• You bring the willingness and motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with ecclesiastical personnel law and our specific processes.
