As Deputy Kitchen Manager, you support the Kitchen Manager, coordinate the team, and contribute your ideas. What you move * You plan and realize the events assigned to you in the kitchen area and help with the setup and dismantling. * You monitor production and ensure the implementation of the HACCP concept according to Migros guidelines. * You place orders, create recipes, and calculate offers * You plan buffets, implement them, and brief the employees * You support the team in all kitchen areas and represent the QM-responsible person regarding the control lists What you bring * Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) * Specialization: as Cook * Professional experience: 2-3 years professional experience in communal catering or event catering * You are familiar with meal planning, inventory management, and hygiene regulations according to HACCP principles * You enjoy leading employees and ideally bring initial leadership experience * You work independently, organized, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations * You communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team, and pay attention to quality and costs * You possess a driver's license of category B * German (B1) What we offer you * Central workplace: Working in Zürich West * Mobility: With the unique annual leisure bonus of a total of max.
