Department Manager Ventilation (m/f/d)

Sequoia is a Zurich-based company with expertise in sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology and is part of a large corporation in the building technology industry.
For a long-standing customer, we are looking for a Department Manager in the field of ventilation.

You lead a team of up to 15 employees and ensure that technology, quality, deadlines, and economic efficiency are correct. Calculation and demanding technical concepts are part of your area of responsibility. Our customer is looking for someone who thinks ahead, questions, and helps to shape things.

Your profile:

• You are technically proficient, experienced in plant construction, and confident in handling demanding projects.
• You like to lead because you enjoy promoting people, delegating responsibility, and achieving success together.
• You think entrepreneurially: costs, calculation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• You are open to new technologies, different ways of working, and new ideas.
• You want to not only advance your department but also develop the entire company together with your management colleagues.
