What you will do:

• You accompany our employees through the entire Employee Life Cycle – from entry through changes to exit.
• As a competent specialist, you support employees and supervisors with questions regarding all HR topics.
• You develop and revise HR processes according to the latest standards.
• You take on process responsibility for the assigned HR processes.
• You actively participate in cross-thematic digitalization projects and process optimizations.
• As a sparring partner and consulting professional, you are the contact person for our management members and employees for all personnel-related as well as labor law issues.
• You design and accompany the recruitment of new employees in a sympathetic and efficient manner.
• You advise the management regarding HR topics.
• You research and implement modern HR instruments along the entire Employee Life Cycle.
• You promote a modern corporate culture and strengthen employer attractiveness.

What you bring with you:

• You have a commercial basic education as well as further training as an HR Specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or a comparable qualification.
• You have already gained several years of experience in HR.
• You love variety, but also maintain an overview in stressful times.
• You are empathetic, winning, and confident in German.
• Your confidentiality and precise way of working are a matter of course.
• You have a confident handling of MS-Office as well as HR systems.
• Your appearance is friendly, helpful, and benevolent.
• You are a flexible, resilient, and team-oriented personality.
