For this, we are looking for you. You will help develop Bozzi AI from the beginning, together with our pilot organizations, until it becomes a scalable industry solution. We are not an IT company. Since 2018, durchstart has been supporting young people in Zürich as they enter the working world. Writing reports also costs us time that actually belongs to the young people. Bozzi AI was created from this everyday reality. Bozzi writes the draft report. The specialist reviews and finalizes it. Result after 40 reports: 60% time savings (= 2 hours per report). YOUR CONTRIBUTION • You bring Bozzi to new organizations. You look at their reports, set up Bozzi appropriately, and accompany the start. • You listen to the specialists. You record their wishes and translate them so that our developer can build with them. • You maintain high quality. You write the prompts, test them on real dossiers, and decide whether a draft is suitable. • You continue to expand Bozzi. You recognize what the product needs next and what can be sold from it. WHAT YOU BRING You do not need to have ever worked in a product/developer role. What counts is listed here: • You have written reports yourself. Progress reports, assessments, reports to the IV or KESB etc. Today or in the past. • You speak the language of the social sector. You know how specialists think and what it means to write a report. • You use AI daily. Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT are part of your daily life. You do not need to program; we have developers for that. • You like to tackle new things. There are no finished instructions.
