You help with topics related to invoices, payments, and credit cards. Whether digital services, lost cards, or suspicious transactions – you find a solution and reliably support their customers. What you bring with you: A completed vocational training or Matura. Very good oral German and Austrian skills. Enjoyment in understanding customer requests and processing them in an oriented towards solutions. A reliable, independent way of working and a high sense of responsibility. Interest in digital financial products and a good technical understanding. Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact.
