Job description
FaBe K - Nature Pedagogy & School Garden (80 %) (m/f/d) From 1. January or 1. February 2026 / 5 afternoons per week We are looking for a recognized FaBe K with a very green thumb! ? A doer ?, who combines a connection to nature, art and pedagogy in a magical way. If you prefer being outside than inside and want to create a living oasis in the middle of the city, you have come to the right place. Your role: Designer of our garden and atelier world ? You accompany our atelier group of 12 children aged 2 to 4.5 years 5 days a week (each from approx. 13:00 to 18:30) in our school garden. In the middle of the city, in the lively Kreis 4, this garden forms a valuable green oasis. Together with the children, the parents and the team, you create a place for discovery and breathing here: where vegetables and fruits grow ??, insect hotels are created ?, mud kitchens bubble and research is conducted in earthworm or ant labs ?. Under our large fir tree, you also create a magical fairy tale world -. The highlight ??: You take up the artistic theme that the children deal with in the atelier in the morning and weave it as a common thread into the nature experiences in the school garden in the afternoon. You bring this along in an easygoing way: ?

Your ticket: You are a recognized FaBe K.
Your passion: Ideally, you are a gardener, florist or a very passionate hobby gardener ?.
Age-appropriate sense: You enjoy supporting the development of toddlers between 2 and 4.5 years.
Creative mind: You love translating artistic themes from the atelier into nature pedagogy projects.
Heart for the city oasis --: A sensitive handling of children, mud, plants and crawling creatures is a matter of course for you.
Desire to co-create ?: You like to try new things and enjoy building up this unique garden project in the team and with the parents.
Your key tasks ?-

Pedagogical leadership and design of the afternoons for 12 children in our Kreis-4-oasis.
Creative linking of the morning atelier theme with nature in the afternoon.
Construction, care and innovative further development of our garden projects (beds, labs, fairy tale world).
Trustful parent and team work through involvement in our garden ecosystem ?.
