November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for reinforcement for our centrally organized payroll department due to succession planning resulting from retirement. What you achieve You take over the end-to-end processing of wage and salary processing for several stock corporations in SAP HCM. In addition, you ensure the correct maintenance and mutation of master data in the relevant infotypes and are the first point of contact for regional HR specialists, managers, and employees in all wage, time, and social insurance-related topics. You are responsible for the correct processing of withholding tax and social insurance (mutations, settlements, declarations) as well as the examination and validation of accident and medical certificates and are the interface to external bodies. You create evaluations and reports, analyze key figures, and support time management. You take over the monthly personnel account reconciliations and are responsible for the year-end processes, particularly the electronic wage reports (ELM) to the relevant bodies. You participate in the identification and implementation of optimization potential in processes and systems and support corresponding automation initiatives. What makes your entry easier You bring several years of experience in end-to-end wage processing and have sound knowledge of social insurance and withholding tax. Further training in this area is an advantage. You have a high IT affinity, move confidently in complex system landscapes, and have very good user knowledge in SAP HCM. You communicate stylistically confident in German and bring good English skills. Further languages are a plus. You think analytically, can create complex evaluations and ad-hoc queries, and have very good Excel skills and experience in process optimization. You see yourself as a service-oriented contact person, maintain an overview even in demanding situations, and like to work in a structured, precise, and very independent manner.
