Finance Business Partner Network Projects & Large-scale Projects (f/m/d) In this role, you steer strategic and network projects as a Finance Business Partner and ensure full financial transparency. With a clear view of risks, opportunities, and dependencies, you support project management and management in making well-founded decisions – proactively, critically, and solution-oriented. What you move You are responsible for the financial planning, steering, and monitoring of complex and network projects. You develop budgets, forecasts, business cases, and decision-making bases. You create transparency regarding costs, risks, dependencies, and financial impacts. You analyze deviations, derive measures, and actively contribute them. You act as a sparring partner for project management and management in decisions. You evaluate opportunities and risks and develop scenarios for steering. You ensure target-group-oriented reporting for management and committees. You further develop project controlling standards, processes, and simulation tools. What you bring Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) Specialization: or further training in business administration, finance, controlling, industrial engineering, or a comparable field. Professional experience: More than ten years of professional experience in controlling, ideally with a focus on project controlling of large investment or network projects. Demonstrable experience in the financial steering of complex, multi-year projects with several sub-projects, stakeholders, and dependencies. Sound knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, business cases, investment controlling, project cost accounting, and management reporting. High methodological competence in the area of simulations and experience in using simulation tools Very good understanding of project management methods, project governance, risk management, as well as contract and claim management. High affinity for numbers and systems as well as confident handling of ERP, controlling, and reporting systems. Strong business partner understanding: You act proactively, question critically, communicate clearly, and contribute financial perspectives in a solution-oriented manner to project decisions. Confident appearance towards project management, management, and steering committees. High initiative, resilience, implementation strength, and enjoyment of working in dynamic, cross-functional project environments. Willingness to travel within German- and West Switzerland, especially to the locations Avenches, Courtepin, Volketswil, Gränichen, Bischofszell, and Zürich.
