Zero Trust Transformation & Governance Lead

Tasks

• Establishment and steering of a risk-based Zero Trust transformation program across the areas of IAM, Cloud, Network, Endpoint and Applications
• Definition of program mandate, scope, governance and decision-making structures as well as steering relevant stakeholders
• Linking Zero Trust with regulatory requirements and IT Risk, especially FINMA and DORA
• Execution or orchestration of capability and maturity assessments as well as definition of target maturity levels
• Development and steering of a Zero Trust roadmap including waves, milestones, dependencies and KPIs
• Coordination of technical architects and business departments as well as preparation for the scaling of the program regarding workstreams, resources, budget and partners.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Cyber Security, IT Risk or IT Governance, ideally in banking or in a highly regulated environment
• Experience in steering complex security/IT transformations
• Sound understanding of Zero Trust and the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes, roadmaps and governance
• Very good German and English skills

Advantageous

• Experience with DORA, FINMA or comparable regulation is an advantage

Personality

• Strong communication and stakeholder skills at management and business department levels
