Your area of responsibility

• Independent project and construction management
• Development of concepts, design and execution plans, cost estimates, offers, and building applications
• Responsible for execution and schedule planning as well as the control and monitoring of costs including construction accounting
• Ensuring quality requirements and monitoring standards and regulations
• Coordination and communication with specialist planners, authorities, companies, craftsmen, as well as close guidance and support of the client

Your qualifications

• Completed studies in interior architecture/interior design supplemented by training as a Zeichner:in EFZ Architektur
• Several years of professional experience in Switzerland as well as project and construction management experience
• Confident handling of MS Office and affinity for digital technologies
• Very good knowledge of industry-standard software (ArchiCAD, Messerli)
• Business fluent German in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
• Structured, solution-oriented, and exact way of working
