Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant 80-100% (a)

Your mission:

You are our driving force in sales with a clear focus on new customer acquisition and business expansion. You identify opportunities, convince decision-makers, and turn contacts into profitable partnerships. In doing so, you bring talents and companies together, quickly, accurately, and with a focus on closing deals.

What you do:

• Identify, approach, and win target customers for us
• Recognize revenue potential and consistently expand it
• Active networking and pitching our services to decision-makers
• Manage recruitment processes with a focus on fast and successful placements
• Sell our complete 360° service offering
• Show presence at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings and close deals

What you bring:

• Proven track record in B2B sales or in recruitment with revenue responsibility
• Closing strength, hunter mentality, and enjoyment of both telephone and personal conversations
• Entrepreneurial thinking and clear goal orientation
• Strong communication skills in German and English, other languages are welcome
