Do you enjoy working with people? Would you like to commit yourself starting from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement to our nursing team for the Pflegewohngruppe Brunnenpark 1 in the Zürich Unterstrass district?

Tasks ##

• As a nursing contact person, you are responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process, involving the social environment and the internal and external network.
• You shape everyday life together with the residents in a family-like setting - from cooking and eating together, housework, to the active co-design of leisure activities.
• You actively and enthusiastically commit to the further development of the nursing services in your residential group by contributing yourself and your ideas and helping to shape the broad scope of action.
• You support the specialist in charge of dementia in supporting the team in challenging situations, work closely with the professional network, and actively engage in the further development and implementation of our dementia concept.
• You support apprentices and students of various training programs in the health and social sector in the development of their competencies.

Profile ##

• Passion for the concept of nursing residential groups and for helping to create a beautiful home for the residents
• Interest in the field of dementia and the willingness to take on a corresponding specialist function in the medium term
• Training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad, as well as additional training in the field of dementia or the willingness to complete such
• Resilience and enjoyment in using the responsibility and scope of action of an independent residential group
• The willingness to pass on your specialist knowledge, strong leadership skills, and enjoyment of active co-design

The Pflegewohngruppen of the Gesundheitszentren für das Alter consist of manageable residential communities and are specialized in the needs of people with dementia and people with psychiatric clinical pictures. The Pflegewohngruppen are located in various districts of the Stadt Zürich. Here you will work together with between 6-10 colleagues.
