The mortgage sector is an integral part of the bank's global advisory approach for wealthy private clients, complementing its existing investment and wealth management offering. As a Gestionnaire des Solutions de Financement Immobilier, you play a key role in the construction and development of the Conseil & Structuration du Financement function. Furthermore, you support Relationship Managers in advising private clients on all aspects of mortgages and real estate financing. You develop financing solutions, advise on mortgage strategies and pricing issues, structure complex financing transactions, and ensure that high-quality and creditworthy credit requests and files are submitted to Gestion du Crédit. In this role, you make a significant contribution to the quality of advice provided to clients, client satisfaction, process efficiency, and the sustainable credit quality of the bank's mortgage portfolio.
