The Arbeitsinspektorat is committed to safe and healthy working conditions in the Canton Zürich. We support companies in the implementation of labor law regulations and make an important contribution to the protection of employees through advice, inspection and prevention. For our "Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz" teams, we are looking for two inspectors as of 1. October 2026 as well as 1. January 2027. Your tasks: Independent preparation, implementation and documentation of ASA controls, working time controls, construction inspections and other company visits directly on-site at our customers Creation of confirmation letters, visit reports in commercial, trade and service companies of the Canton Zürich Processing and follow-up of complaints from employees regarding working time violations or violations of working conditions Active cooperation with internal and external departmental bodies Your profile: Completed technical/manual vocational training as well as higher vocational education (eidg. Fachausweis or eidg. Dipl. HF) Many years of professional experience (ideally in the areas of occupational safety/ergonomics and health protection) ASGS specialist or the willingness to undergo training Orally proficient and stylistically secure written expression in German, knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage Organizational talent with a precise and efficient way of working as well as enjoyment of an activity with a high field service component (at least 60 %) Confident and assertive appearance, high resilience as well as ability to assert oneself Proficient in handling IT tools We offer: Flexible working hours, contributions to catering costs and home office.
