You are Mama's favorite person when it comes to People & Culture! 👵👴💖 As the most important connection between the General Manager and the central People & Culture team, you are responsible for the entire personnel management and personnel administration of our house. You are the HR ambassador for a team of around 60 talents and create the warm, crazy, and friendly atmosphere for which Mama is known. Our teams should always feel perfectly taken care of by you. 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️🤝 You ensure that our employees experience the real Mama ✨ Experience and create a positive and inspiring working environment in which everyone can grow. 🌟😊 You are responsible for the entire payroll 💰 and are the first point of contact for various external organizations and partners.
