For an established general contractor in architecture, development, general contracting and real estate, we are looking for a Draftsperson EFZ specialty architecture as of immediately or by arrangement. The company has been planning and realizing residential, commercial, industrial and retail buildings at the locations Langenthal, Zürich and Luzern since 1971. The advertised position is at the Zürich location.

You create plans for residential and commercial buildings, public buildings and industrial projects. The focus is on detail, building application and execution plans, plan changes, plan control and documentation. Work is carried out in ArchiCAD 28 including 3D modeling, in a team with project management and construction management.

Your tasks

• You create plans of residential and commercial buildings, public buildings and industrial projects.
• You develop detail, building application and execution plans.
• You implement plan changes and control the plan documents.
• You create project documentation.
• You work with ArchiCAD 28 incl. 3D modeling.
• You support the planning team across several project phases.

Your profile

• Completed training as a Draftsperson EFZ specialty architecture
• Experience in the intended area of responsibility
• Proficient use of ArchiCAD 28 including 3D modeling
• Joy in drawing, strong organizational skills, reliable, team player
• Independent, solution-oriented, exact and proactive way of working
• Direct communication, good manners, loyalty
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
