• Our client develops, invests in, and realizes residential construction projects in the area of condominiums and rental apartments. The company is characterized by short decision-making paths, a very entrepreneurial culture, and a lean organizational structure, and is in an exciting growth phase.
• The organization manages around 15 to 20 projects in parallel and plans further personnel expansion in the coming months.

Tasks ###

• Client representation of residential construction projects from building permit to handover
• Owner-side overall responsibility for new construction and renovation projects across all SIA phases
• Leadership, management, and coordination of external planning and specialist planning teams
• Monitoring of costs, schedules, and quality
• Ensuring economical and efficient project execution
• Plausibility checking of cost estimates and construction cost calculations
• Preparation and negotiation of designer and works contracts
• Support of land acquisitions, due diligence processes, as well as profitability analyses
• Interface management between investors, planners, contractors, and other project participants
• Support of project developments regarding use, marketing, and sustainable implementation possibilities

Profile ###

• Experience as a client representative, project manager, project developer, or in a comparable function
• Sound knowledge in residential and condominium construction
• Experience in the leadership and coordination of planning teams and specialist planners
• Confident handling of cost, schedule, and quality management
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high level of personal responsibility
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication personality with a confident appearance towards internal and external stakeholders
• Education in construction, architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field is an advantage
• Further training in real estate or construction management is welcome
