Project Manager

A exciting and multi-layered project with 170 apartments in various typologies awaits you. We are looking for an interested personality with high design standards who is responsible for the implementation of the project from the construction project stage onwards. You bring the following requirements:

• Higher professional qualification in architecture ETH/ FH
• At least 5 years of execution experience in Switzerland
• Experience in the organization and management of complex construction projects
• Proficient in design issues and high constructive understanding
• Independent, structured and strategic way of working
• Leadership competence, communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient knowledge in handling ArchiCAD
• Very good knowledge of the German language in spoken and written form
