As Legal Counsel, you will become a trusted point of contact for our business partners in Switzerland and support the General Counsel directly on pioneering projects -- from decarbonization to the digital transformation of the legal department. Legal Counsel 80-100% Zürich What awaits you * Comprehensive legal advice: You will independently advise and support our Swiss business partners in key areas such as litigation, M&A, competition law, real estate and complex commercial contracts. * Strategic case management: You will lead court cases and proceedings, including strategy development, and manage external lawyers. * Accompanying future projects: You will support the legal leadership and negotiation in strategic projects and initiatives, particularly in our pioneering industrial decarbonization large-scale projects. * Optimizing legal infrastructure: You will draft, review and revise contracts, standard templates and protocols, and provide advisory support to all departments on general legal questions. * Legal Tech & Innovation: You will actively drive the digitalization of the legal department of the Central Europe West cluster and further develop digital tools for sustainable process optimization. What you bring * Sound education: You have successfully completed your university studies in law and possess the Swiss attorney patent (admission as a lawyer in Switzerland). * Relevant experience: You bring at least 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in a legal environment, which you have ideally gained in a commercial law firm or as in-house counsel. * Digital affinity: In addition to being proficient in MS Office and Google Tools, you have a strong enthusiasm for Legal Tech and the optimization of digital workflows. * Strong personality: You are characterized by a solution-oriented, pragmatic way of working, high flexibility as well as strong assertiveness and true team spirit. * Language competence: You communicate with business fluency and stylistic confidence in German and English (spoken and written); good knowledge of French and/or Italian is a welcome advantage.
