ANIMA MedTech Japan GmbH was founded in 2026 in Zürich to research, develop, and bring medical devices for diagnostics and rehabilitation to Europe -- building on the gait and posture technologies of ANIMA Corporation (Japan). Become part of our founding team and lead our technological, scientific, and clinical activities in Switzerland.

• Transfer of technical know-how and expertise from the ANIMA Corporation in Japan to the Swiss team.
• Coordination of research and clinical validation studies with partners in Switzerland and Japan.
• Leading the MDR certification process (CE marking) and adapting our products to the European market.
• Ensuring product integrity and compliance with European and Japanese regulations and standards for medical devices.
• Leading and expanding the Swiss location together with the management.

01 PhD in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, biomechanics, or medical/health sciences).
02 At least 5 years in clinical research and at least 5 years in engineering/product development.
03 At least 5 years of experience in medical rehabilitation and in the ENT field (Ear, Nose, and Throat), focusing on gait and posture.
04 At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in corporate management.
05 Cross-border professional experience in an international company.
06 Proven success in international cooperation as well as experience with diverse, multicultural teams.
07 Fluent English and Japanese skills in speaking and writing; basic knowledge of German.
