Your tasks:

• Analysis and optimization of existing credit and financing processes with a focus on mortgages and financing
• Identification, structuring and prioritization of pain points, potential for improvement and functional requirements
• Development of an actionable backlog as well as a roadmap with quick wins and long-term optimization measures
• Identification of digitalization, automation and self-service potentials along the credit processes
• Evaluation and coordination of possible solution approaches with Business, IT, Legal and Compliance
• Preparation of recommendations for action and presentation of results to various stakeholders

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in the Swiss credit business, ideally with a focus on mortgages and financing
• Sound knowledge in process analysis, process optimization and digitalization projects in the banking environment
• Understanding of modern credit processes as well as interest in automation, self-service and AI applications
• Experience in collaborating with Business and IT teams during process changes or system implementations
• Strong analytical, conceptual and communicative skills as well as knowledge of process modeling
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
