What awaits you with us

• You engage intensively with our operational processes and workflows and develop a deep understanding of how our day-to-day business works.
• You analyze existing processes, identify potential for improvement, and derive optimization and automation approaches from them. In doing so, you work closely with the employees and specialists in Operations as well as Process Management.
• You collect optimization requests from the specialist departments, question and structure them, and develop clear functional requirements and solution proposals from them.
• You act as a link between Operations and Process Management. For larger process and system adjustments, you prepare the requirements from a functional perspective and support their implementation. You implement smaller optimizations independently and pragmatically.
• You support the standardization, simplification, and digitalization of workflows and thereby contribute to the continuous development of our area.

What you bring with you

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in the area of business analysis, further development of processes and digital solutions, or experience in occupational pension
• Enjoyment of operational workflows and complex processes
• Analytical and structured way of thinking and a sense for simpler, more efficient, and more digital processes
• Enjoyment of conceptual work, high quality awareness, initiative, and a solution-oriented way of working
