For our surgical ward, we are looking for a committed dipl. Pflegefachfrau / dipl. Pflegefachmann with an additional function as Fachverantwortung (specialist responsibility).
In a varied and demanding everyday working life, you will take on responsibility, support apprentices and students in their development, and actively help shape professional, patient-oriented care. Together in a team, you will ensure high quality of care and an appreciative learning environment.

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT

• Needs- and customer-oriented care and support of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner physicians and an interprofessional team.

YOUR TASKS

• Holistic and individual care of the patients assigned to you according to the nursing process
• Independent implementation of the diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the physician with the support of our Fachangestellten Gesundheit
• Recognizing and mastering emergency situations and initiating adequate measures until the arrival of the physician
• Taking responsibility for correct patient documentation and information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility
• Conducting internal department evaluations as well as subject-specific short training sessions
• Supporting the management in achieving the department-specific annual goals

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann or corresponding SRK recognition for foreign diplomas

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• Professional experience in an acute care hospital desirable

OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Great flexibility, resilience, and high organizational talent
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing (Certificate B2)
• Good IT user knowledge
• High social competence as well as pronounced empathy
• Teamwork skills and ability to instruct employees
