We are looking for a Project Manager in the area of housing, effective immediately or by arrangement. You are part of our Housing team and directly subordinate to the Housing department management. What awaits you * You lead projects related to living, renting, and coexistence and coordinate internal and external stakeholders. * You develop concepts and accompany their implementation, such as for outdoor spaces and participation processes. * You further develop processes in the area of housing, e.g., for the integration of new members. * You participate in cross-departmental projects and represent the perspective of living and our residents, e.g., in new buildings or renovations. * You clarify complex issues, prepare decision-making bases, and support the department management conceptually and coordinatively. What you bring Most important to us is your experience in project management: * You plan projects in a structured manner and work proactively and independently. * You involve colleagues from different areas in a level-appropriate manner and bring them along through all project phases. * You get to the point with complex content and convince with your communication and presentation strength. * You think conceptually and simultaneously act pragmatically, solution-oriented, and decision-oriented. Ideally, you bring experience from a dynamic, service-oriented environment -- for example, from event management, gastronomy, socio-culture, or a comparable industry in an SME environment. Commercial training or a degree, as well as several years of experience in project management, round off your profile.
