The Inselhof is a competence center for children, mothers and stressed families with complementary (part-)inpatient and outpatient services for various needs.

The Inselhof daycare center offers 28 full-day places daily for children from the age of sixteen weeks until they start school. The children are cared for by trained specialist staff in two age-separated groups according to the pedagogical approaches of Emmi Pikler and Regula Kormann.

What you bring with you: ###

• Recognized qualification as Childcare Specialist EFZ with several years of professional experience
• High standards for pedagogical quality and knowledge of our pedagogical approaches (Pikler//learning through play) or willingness to acquire this quickly
• High initiative, proactive thinking, independence and patience
• Willingness to support your team and flexibility to step in if needed. Humor and composure, which you do not lose even in demanding situations, as well as motivation to develop professionally and personally

Your tasks: ###

• Responsibility for all organizational, administrative and pedagogical tasks
• Cooperation with parents as well as external specialists
• Active participation in the further development of the pedagogical concept "learning through play" according to Regula Kormann and application of Pikler pedagogy
• Planning and implementation of observation and promotion measures
• Planning of admission interviews and settling-in periods
• Active participation in intervision, further training and general team meetings
• Independent execution of everyday and household tasks
