YOUR TASKS Competent and individual care of our patients considering our nursing mission statement, as well as independent implementation of the diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the physician Recognition and management of emergency situations as well as initiation of adequate measures until the arrival of the physician Assumption of responsibility for correct patient documentation as well as information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility Introduction and supervision of new employees, apprentices, and students REQUIRED TRAINING Completed training as a Registered Nurse or corresponding SRK recognition for foreign qualifications PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE Professional experience in acute care and experience in orthopaedics is an advantage OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Great flexibility, resilience, and high organizational talent Good German language skills in speaking and writing (Certificate B2) Good IT user skills High social competence and strong empathy Ability to work in a team and ability to guide employees In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, a well-coordinated inter- and multiprofessional team awaits you.
