In electrophysiology, an exciting and varied field of activity awaits you surrounding the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. As deputy management, you will support the Head of Electrophysiology in the technical and organizational leadership of the department and work closely with experienced specialist physicians and an interdisciplinary team. In doing so, you will combine your nursing expertise with your organizational talent and actively contribute to the further development of the department.

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT

• Support the Head of EPU in the technical, personnel, and organizational leadership of the department
• Ensure high-quality patient care as well as smooth processes in everyday EPU operations
• Shared responsibility for the further development of processes and quality standards

YOUR TASKS

• Deputizing for the Head of Electrophysiology in their absence as well as taking on leadership tasks in daily operations
• Technical support and guidance of the team as well as participation in the induction of new employees
• Care of patients before, during, and after electrophysiological interventions and implantations
• Sterile and technical assistance during interventions and implantations in the specialty field
• Coordination and optimization of workflows as well as ensuring the availability of materials and equipment
• Participation in the further development of processes and quality standards as well as promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH
• SRK recognition for foreign diplomas
• Further training in intensive care or anesthesia nursing is an advantage
• Leadership training or willingness to complete corresponding further training

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• At least two years of professional experience in internal medicine, in an intensive care unit, in the recovery room, or in anesthesia
• Professional experience in electrophysiology or in a comparable interventional specialty field is an advantage
• Initial leadership experience or experience in the technical guidance of employees
• Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of working in a team
