Asset Manager/in Immobilien 80-100 %

What you do

• You manage the assigned properties and develop strategies for sustainable value appreciation and attractive returns.
• You prepare DCF valuations and derive concrete recommendations for action from market analyses.
• You shape the positioning of yield and development projects and take on client representation for medium-sized construction projects.
• You manage and coordinate property management, architects, and marketing partners for rentals and condominium sales.
• You participate in the further development of processes and the expansion of client mandates.

What you bring
You have several years of experience in the Swiss real estate market and bring a good understanding of the economic contexts surrounding real estate. Ideally, you have already gained experience in asset management and are looking for a versatile task with proximity to individual properties.
You have a professional or university degree with further training in real estate management, such as as an eidg. dipl. Immobilientreuhänder/in, with a MAS Real Estate Management, or a comparable qualification. A commercial or business administration background with a solid real estate connection is particularly interesting.
You combine a flair for numbers with initiative, work independently and structured, and enjoy exchanging ideas within the team. You use digital tools confidently. Your German is stylistically proficient; English or French are a plus.
