Your tasks
Production of meals in the hot and cold kitchen
Assistance in the production of desserts as well as in the preparation of banquets and apéros
Meal service during lunch service
Application and monitoring of the cleaning and hygiene concept according to HACCP
Assistance in monitoring stock levels and goods deliveries
Various cleaning tasks
Delivery of meals

Your background
Completed culinary apprenticeship EBA or Progresso Küche
Professional experience in a similar function in contract catering
You communicate confidently in German
Charming and guest-oriented personality
Resilient, independent and flexible personality, team player
Driver's license available
