You drive the Smart Meter rollout in the largest city network in Switzerland: As a Project Manager and Process Owner, you are responsible for the order2meter process (o2m) from A to Z and bring together electrotechnical know-how, project management, and process thinking. Tasks ## • As a central contact person, you are responsible for the entire order2meter process (o2m) and the associated system landscape in the ewz network area. • You lead projects within the framework of the Smart Meter rollout, actively participate in cross-divisional projects, and assume project responsibility. • You build bridges between mass business, day-to-day business, and the various specialist departments and take on the mediator role. • You independently drive the continuous improvement process: You develop specifications and optimize processes. • You design and manage billing regulations in the systems together with Business Engineering. Profile ## • You have basic electrotechnical training and have further developed professionally, e.g., as an eidg. dipl. Elektro-Projektleiter*in / Elektroinstallateur*in. • You bring experience as a Project Manager and have already worked on processes or taken on process responsibility. • Knowledge from the metering environment as well as with systems such as SAP PM/CS, IS-U, WFM/Movilizer, or Power BI is an advantage. • You understand the business, think in networks, and succeed in making complex relationships understandable. • Between departments, teams, and stakeholders, you find common solutions, actively drive topics forward, and maintain an overview even under pressure.
