Are you a foodie? Then you are going to love our cuisine! ##

• In our large modern kitchen, you will discover varied fields: more than 4500 menus per day!
• Cold production (e.g. salads, sandwiches), hot production, desserts/pastry.
• Thematic weeks, e.g. pizza week, tapas week.
• Internship at l-hôtel Baur au Lac
• The apprentice team participates in cooking competitions.
• You attend the general vocational school in Zurich one day per week.

Your profile ##

• Cycle d-orientation A or B
• Start of work at 06h30
• Reliable, responsible and punctual
• Team spirit
• Great interest in food preparation
• Pronounced hygienic awareness
• Good sense of smell and taste
• Good robust health (mainly standing work)
• Ability to manage stress in busy situations
