Your tasks

• You care for patients as well as their families, especially in complex situations.
• You bear the professional responsibility for nursing and ensure nursing quality with the nursing management and the leadership team.
• You contribute to the clinical development of evidence-based nursing.
• You support and advise the nursing specialists on the ward.

Your profile

• Postgraduate studies in intensive care nursing with specialist expertise in the interdisciplinary field is an advantage
• Specialist training at CAS level or the willingness to complete this
• Leadership skills

Your salary ##

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 100'000 and 120'000 Franken per year upon completion of specialist training.

The exact salary level depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range. In many cases, allowances are paid for irregular working hours. Further salary development depends on your performance and the financial possibilities of the Eleonorenstiftung.
