For the Facility Management area, we are looking for an experienced personality for the Building Cleaning Department for administrative buildings, to start immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Personnel and technical leadership of the subordinate employees in the entrusted large-scale object regarding work distribution, work execution, quality and safety, as well as introduction and training of new employees.
• Coordination and introduction of sickness, accident and holiday replacements from external companies as well as control functions regarding working hours, absences, work processes, quality, Suva regulations, etc.
• Verification of outsourced or in-house cleaning as well as contact person for suppliers.
• Ordering cleaning materials and equipment in the Service Center Material, material distribution to the cleaning staff.
• Conducting target and appraisal discussions.

Profile

• Completed vocational training, basic course in building cleaning with additional training in cleaning techniques and products/surfaces
• Several years of professional experience as well as experience in personnel leadership
• Good IT user skills
• Good oral and written German skills
• Multicultural understanding, teamwork skills, reliability, resilience as well as assertiveness
