We are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement for our structural engineering department in Zürich, Pratteln or Frauenfeld for a Sub-Project Manager Architecture with dual specialization in building envelope and fire protection towards infrastructure facilities (industrial sector) 80-100% (w/m/d). You combine two closely linked specialist areas in one person: the technical depth of facade systems, roof structures, waterproofing - with the normative expertise in fire protection according to cantonal regulations. Your area of responsibility Specialist planning building envelope Specialist planning and coordination of facade, roof and waterproofing systems Development and assessment of technical solutions for industrial and commercial buildings Ensuring building physics requirements as well as relevant standards and guidelines Coordination of interfaces to shell construction, building services and interior finishing Fire protection - concept, planning and implementation Development and implementation of fire protection concepts Ensuring standard-compliant implementation according to VKF guidelines and cantonal requirements Coordination of fire protection technical requirements across all trades Accompanying authority inspections as well as creation of the necessary documentation Project management Preparation of tenders and technical assessment of offers Technical supervision of execution and ensuring execution quality Schedule and cost control within the area of responsibility Contact person for clients, specialist planners, authorities and contractors Your profile Professional qualifications Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or structural engineering (FH, ETH or HF) Several years of experience in the planning and realization of building envelopes, facade or roof systems Knowledge in fire protection or willingness to specialize technically in this area Experience with tenders and awards according to NPK Good knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (especially SIA and VKF) Confident use of CAD software and MS Office; BIM knowledge is an advantage Driving license category B Personal competencies Technically proficient and solution-oriented Independent and structured way of working Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation Strong communication skills and assertiveness High quality standards and sense of responsibility Language skills German: business fluent (C1/C2) Other languages: an advantage We offer Unique specialist position that combines two highly specialized areas - with correspondingly high appreciation in the team Responsible, varied activity with scope for design Varied industrial and high-rise construction projects with complex facade systems and demanding fire protection requirements Modern working environment with BIM integration and digital planning tools Attractive employment conditions and performance-related remuneration Flexible working hours Collegial team Offers from recruitment agencies will not be considered in this recruitment.
