For our client in the heart of Zürich, we are looking for a reliable and technically savvy personality as Technical Caretaker 80 % (m/f/d) ## Your assignment: • Fixed-term assignment for approx. 3-4 months • Workload: 80 % • Place of work: Zürich Zentrum • Occasional weekend and evening assignments possible Your tasks: • Care and maintenance of the property as well as the technical systems • Carrying out smaller repairs and maintenance work • Monitoring and controlling the building technical facilities • Performing maintenance and upkeep work • Care of the indoor and outdoor areas • Ensuring order, cleanliness and functionality • Support with general operational maintenance work Your profile: • Completed manual or technical training is an advantage • Experience in technical facility services, operational maintenance or building technology • Strong manual dexterity • Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working • Analytical and pragmatic mindset • Willingness for occasional weekend and evening assignments • Good German skills in speaking and writing • Driving license Cat.
