Project Manager Construction Projects, 80-100 %

For the successful implementation of our ongoing and future demanding construction projects, we are looking for a Project Manager Construction Projects as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• As a Project Manager Construction and Development, you will lead new construction and renovation projects on the client side and be responsible for client-side controlling.
• You will ensure the requirements for architectural quality, costs, and deadlines for our diverse projects.
• You will ensure that legal requirements as well as economic and ecological framework conditions are taken into account in planning and execution.

Profile ##

• Completed studies in Architecture ETH/FH or equivalent training and further education in real estate and project development and/or business administration is an advantage
• Several years of proven experience in the planning and execution of demanding construction projects
• Experience on the client side (ideally in a public or non-profit organization)
• Interest in issues regarding age-friendly and cost-conscious construction
• Knowledge of public procurement, the planning and approval processes of the Stadt Zürich and cantonal and municipal housing promotion, or willingness to acquire this knowledge

About us ##

The Stiftung Alterswohnungen der Stadt Zürich SAW currently operates around 40 settlements with over 2000 affordable apartments for people aged 60 and over. It supports its tenants with practical, social, and nursing services, thereby enabling them to have a high quality of life into old age. By 2035, SAW plans to put additional settlements with around 1000 additional apartments into operation.
