Real Estate Manager

Your area of responsibility

• Independent management of an attractive real estate portfolio (institutional client)
• Ensuring the ongoing maintenance of the properties
• Responsibility for budgeting and budget control
• Creation of reportings as well as condition reports
• Determination of market rents and implementation of annual planning
• Rental, acceptance and handover of rental objects
• Support and assistance with total renovations and new construction projects
• Contact person for owners, tenants, authorities, tradespeople and caretakers
• Implementation of lease and rent changes

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training as well as professional certificate in real estate management
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the real estate industry
• Proficient use of MS Office as well as ideally experience with REM or GARAIO REM
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Professional appearance, team spirit and very good manners
