Real Estate Property Manager, 100 %

Due to our steady growth, we are creating an additional position in the "Property Management" area and are looking for an experienced real estate property manager who is also responsible for intact living culture in a multicultural environment.

Tasks ##

• Rental and property management including inspections and handovers during tenant changes, processing of tenant concerns as well as repair work after apartment changes
• Ensuring compliance with the rental regulations of the Stadt Zürich as well as the purpose-retention regulations for subsidized apartments
• Monitoring rent payments including dunning processes (collections) and preparation of heating cost statements
• Monitoring cost coverage, rent calculations as well as new determination and preparation of rent adjustments
• Maintenance planning and budgeting including invoice approval
• Participation in project developments considering operator and user needs
• Technical leadership of a clerk

Profile ##

• Profound experience in the administration of real estate
• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management
• High service and customer orientation
• Good knowledge of tenancy law
• Independent way of working and solid IT user skills, advantageously also with SAP
• Sociability, high social competence and communication skills
